We developed a three-year medium-term business plan based on the SBI Shinsei Bank Group’s Medium-term Vision, which started in FY2022 envisioning the Group’s goal after three years. In line with our “Be a Partner” policy, we will ensure the customer-centric policy and will become a “good partner” of our SME customers to create a better society through close communication with them.

We have positioned provision of leasing, installment credit and financial solutions to our customers throughout Japan as our core business and will enhance it. We will also focus on specialty finance business, partner business and asset business, our three strategic businesses.

Through promotion of our core business and three strategic businesses, we will support our customers in solving their managerial issues including sustainability management and digital transformation. We will also contribute to regional revitalization by further enhancing collaboration with regional financial institutions to address managerial issues of their customers.

We will make further efforts to assist business development of our customers. This will be achieved through promotion of value co-creation initiatives with various partners by combining our management base and expertise we have developed as a general leasing company since our foundation in 1969 and the SBI Group’s business networks, products/services and leading-edge technology.
