2005 Acquired by Shinsei Bank Group.
2006 Shinsei Business Finance Co., Ltd. joined Showa Leasing Group.
2007 S.S. Solutions Co., Ltd. started its operations
(acquired business from UNICO Corporation).
Merged with Showa High-Tech Rent Co., Ltd.
2008 Kirayaka Leasing Co., Ltd. joined Showa Leasing Group.
Sold the shares of Showa Auto Rental Leasing Co.,Ltd.
